Marshall Land Systems is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to join our team in Moncton, NB, or Ottawa, ON. Reporting to the Head of QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment), the Senior Quality Manager will lead the Marshall Canada Holdings Inc. Quality program and establish and manage the team in support of the organization’s strategic direction. The Senior Quality Manager is responsible to drive the implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System, ensuring that the organization is fully compliant with applicable standards (including ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and other military standards) Your responsibilities in this role: - Manage the Quality Team by assigning responsibilities for Quality Management tasks. - Promote a Quality culture, including support to department managers and group leads in their taking ownership of processes and procedures that guide their department operations. - Oversee the schedule and manage all related audits and coordinate with all Departments as required.
