About This Opportunity: We are seeking a reliable, energetic and motivated Animal Attendant to support the care, welfare and day-to-day management of animals housed within the School of Veterinary Science facilities at the UQ Gatton campus. Working within a collaborative and purpose-driven environment, this role plays a vital contribution to animal wellbeing while supporting teaching, learning and continuing education activities that shape the next generation of veterinary professionals. Key responsibilities will include: Providing high standards of animal care, welfare, hygiene and husbandry across kennels, condominiums, isolation units and associated facilities. Preparing animal diets, managing laundry and maintaining clean, safe and compliant work environments.
