About the role: The hands-on People & Culture Manager position is an integral part of the operations and leadership team who will balance both strategic initiatives and drives operational excellence. You will lead the organisation in employee relations, performance and talent management, organisational design and development, engagement, reward and recognition, HR systems, change management and reporting.
