Job description

DESCRIPTION: Duties: Develop, maintain, and enhance the Chase Mobile iOS application and a variety of in-house frameworks to ensure a seamless customer experience across different Apple platforms including iPhones and iPads. Implement required WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards to ensure a fully accessible user interface. Collaborate with analytics partners to design, implement, and document Adobe event-based analytics to track customer behavior, engagement, and feature adoption rates. Coordinate release management workflows. Communicate clearly via spoken and written means with a variety of audiences including team members, colleagues, partner teams, product, design, and leadership to explain the how and why behind technology implementations to non-technical audiences. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, User Experience (UX) Design, or related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer or related occupation..
