Role Overview Sodexo is seeking an Area General Manager – Food Service to provide strategic, operational, and financial leadership for food service operations at ENCOMPASS HEALTH Braintree , with additional oversight of a smaller affiliated unit in Framingham, MA . This role leads a large, diverse healthcare food service operation with approximately 40 direct reports , ensuring excellence in patient dining, regulatory compliance, and team engagement. A primary focus of this position is driving increased patient satisfaction and patient experience scores through service excellence, staff development, and continuous quality improvement.
