Pay Range: $51.05 - $76.60 Experienced Manager with HR Business Partner background to align business objectives; serve as a consultant to management; develop integrated solutions; formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service; act as champion and change agent; assess and anticipate business needs requiring Human Capital Management (HCM) related solutions. Education Required: Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent knowledge) in Human Resources or related field. Masters Preferred. Experience Required: Typically requires 7 years of experience in organizational development consulting, resolving complex employee relation issues, and developing, facilitating and leading human resources functions and initiatives which align with organizational goals and objectives.
