Overview: **Sign-on bonus up to $10K (with restrictions* **Blood Bank, hematology, and chemistry experience** - Department: Clinical Lab - Schedule: Full-time- 2nd shift- 2:30pm-11pm with rotating holidays and weekends as per business needs. - Facility: St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital - Location: Chicago, IL 60622 Responsibilities: Each individual performs only those waived, moderate, or highly complex tests authorized by CLIA, responsibilities listed under CFR § 493.1425, § 493.1495 and § 493.1463 and must possess a degree of skill commensurate with individual’s education, training or experience and technical abilities.
