About the Role iCapital is seeking an experienced Pega Systems Architect to lead the design, governance, and technical direction of our Pega platform. This role will be responsible for ensuring the platform is scalable, secure, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards while supporting the delivery of workflow and case management solutions. The ideal candidate will establish development standards, guide architectural decisions, and mentor the technical team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term stability and success of the organization’s Pega platform.
