Process Engineer

Job description

As a Process Engineer on our North America Engineering team, you will lead complex food process engineering initiatives from early concept through design and early-stage capital project execution. This role supports multiple manufacturing sites and is open to candidates based in Chicago, IL; Grand Rapids, MI; Battle Creek, MI; Muncy, PA; or Rome, GA, with approximately 30–50% travel, depending on business needs. In this role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional teams and plant operations to drive process improvements, support capital execution, and improve performance across the network. You will build deep technical expertise while developing a broad internal network and contributing to innovation, supply chain effectiveness, and long‑term operational success.
