As an Account Manager within the Consumer Solutions team, you will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of dynamic partners, including fintechs, marketplaces, and banks. Your mission is to ensure the successful delivery of Equifax credit scores and reports to millions of end consumers through our B2B2C partnerships. You’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction by managing day-to-day account health, supporting product integrations, and identifying opportunities for service optimization.
