Based in Louisville, KY, you will maintain superior customer focus and will be responsible for maintaining daily and/or hourly production expectations as directed by management. In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: - Functions as team leader to promote production, quality, and job satisfaction - Coordinate shop orders for daily activity - Assist in the training and/or cross-training in production - Work within the established guidelines for performance, attendance, metrics, and safety - Provide good communication and timely follow-up to questions - Foster team interaction - Lead according to 5-S standards and suggest production improvements - Suggest improvements in ISO and general production improvements - Promote safe operations and adhere to all company safety rules and standards - May be required to assist in operator roles to include production or assembly of parts/components/kits - Performs other assignments as advised by management or designate Who you are: You are an individual that collaborates, has the ability drive production goals and values differences within a grou...
