You can G.R.O.W. with Us by becoming our Collections Operations Supervisor for our Maltby Yard location ROLE: Responsible for supervising, coaching, and supporting operational employees to ensure we provide safe, consistent, and excellent service to the communities we serve. This role will spend the majority of the time in the field supporting drivers. Essential Responsibilities: - Manages a team of drivers and/or other operational employees to ensure the day-to-day garbage and recycling collection occurs in a safe and effective manner. - Engages employees pre-shift and post-shift to ensure safety and service quality standards are met. - Coaches’ employees through direct and candid feedback regarding safety protocols, standard operating procedures, and the customer experience. - Assigns employees to balance workload and special pickups for timely services. - Arrange alternate coverage of service in case of employee absence or equipment failure. - Ensures the accountability of route completions.
