This position is responsible for providing exceptional beverage service to members and guests while maintaining a welcoming, professional, and fun poolside atmosphere. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced outdoor environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality hospitality and service. Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for members and guests at the pool bar. Maintain a strong knowledge of the beverage menu, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks. Provide friendly and attentive service while maintaining professionalism in a lively pool environment. Accurately enter and process orders using the POS system. Ensure bar area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service. Monitor guest consumption and follow responsible alcohol service guidelines.
