Job Summary: Acting as team lead/supervisor for Neurosurgery teams at William Beaumont University Hospital (Royal Oak) and Dearborn campuses. 80% of time spent working on each team clinically to support clinical operations. 20% of time spent with administrative duties including team scheduling, refining and updating orientation materials, team credentials and certifications maintenance, staff performance and evaluations, resident and physician collaboration, and service line best practice process improvement.
