Join Us: Do you have a native level of German ? Would you like to work in one of the most prestigious companies in the financial sector ? Then this interests you! Your mission will be to provide customer service in the German and English language, both by phone and email , for an important financial institution. Requirements: - Required languages: German Native and English Advanced (minimum C1). No Spanish required. - Required experience: Experience in customer service. - Others requirements: Residence in Madrid or willing to relocate. What do we offer you?: - Permanent contract with 2 months trial period. - Full time 39 hours/week. - Schedule from Monday to Friday, rotating between 9am and 8pm. - Modality of work: On-site. Possibility of hybrid modality once the learning curve has been overcome. - Salary of €22k gross per year . Benefits: Expected start date: April 27th.
