Job description

The Automation Liaison serves as the dedicated point of contact for all automation and AI initiatives across the Mid-Revenue Cycle, supporting Coding, Revenue Integrity, and Provider Education. This role bridges operational subject matter expertise with the Revenue Cycle Automation & AI Center of Excellence (COE), translating frontline workflow challenges into validated automation opportunities. The Liaison is accountable for identifying high-value use cases, evaluating return on investment, partnering with the COE on solution design and user acceptance testing, and leading the citizen developer program within the Mid-Revenue Cycle to scale automation capacity at the local level. Works in a team environment providing support to revenue analysts and revenue cycle leadership under minimal supervision. Actively communicates and presents pertinent information to various audiences, particularly practice and finance leadership. Proactively identifies opportunities and recommends options for enhancing revenue, while preserving Mayo standards and minimizing the financial and legal risks to Mayo.
