The Senior Human Resources Manager provides comprehensive HR services in support of an office, subsidiary, remote location, or defined business unit, ensuring effective people practices, compliance, and a positive employee experience. This role delivers and administers core HR programs across recruiting and staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee and labor relations, health promotion, and affirmative action / equal employment opportunity (AA/EEO) compliance. The Sr. HR Manager role applies independent judgment and analytical rigor to evaluate HR practices against internal standards, external benchmarks, and applicable labor laws. The Senior HR Manager ensures compliance with corporate and legal guidelines and processes and maintains accurate HR data using efficient HR information systems and identifies opportunities to improve systems and processes as business needs evolve....
