Casting Finisher - 3rd Shift

*$3.00 per hour shift differential* What You'll Do: - Follow direction provided by Floor supervisor or designee. - Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to, and enforcing, all safety procedures and policies inside and outside the facility, including use of personal protective and McLanahan equipment as required. - Represent McLanahan Corporation in a positive manner both internally and externally while adhering to the organizations core values. - Communicate effectively with co-workers, management, customers, and others in a courteous and professional manner. - Prepare product for processing including, grinding and cleaning of product according to established instructions. - Operate material moving equipment to move material to appropriate location for processing. - Operate Roto blast to remove debris from product, while wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment. - Remove the casting from the mold and shake out any additional materials from the mold casting. - Remove unwanted materials from the work area to a staging area for proper disposal. - Maintain and record data of the procedure. - Participate in 5S and Lean Manufacturing initiative as assigned by direct supervi...
