Work Flexibility: Hybrid or Onsite As an Events Planning Intern based in Amsterdam , together with your colleagues, you will play an integral part in supporting & planning events for our employees and customers. If you are passionate about delivering a high-quality service, have high attention to detail, thrive in a very fast paced environment where no two days are the same, and have a genuine interest in coordination and event organization, this could be your next role. What You Will Do: You will develop and oversee marketing events (e.g. trade shows, conventions, sales meetings) for internal and external customers including the use of virtual event platform tools. You will coordinate customer invitations, facilitate on-site registration and post-event follow-up and evaluations. You will liaise with all the major functions of the business such as Business units, Compliance, Finance and more to achieve key activities on a local, European and / or cross-divisional level. You will be involved in a detailed review of all processes, procedures, methods and tools to determine adequacy to meet the current requirements for the events planning service.
