Description Job Title: PT Clinic Nurse: Employment Classification: Non-exempt, Hourly: Schedule: M,W,TH 8:00am-5:00. Provider start times may require you to be in the office as early as 7:15am-8:00am. You may be scheduled 1-3 nights per week to close the injection room & depending on the night you may be in the office until 5:30pm or 6:30pm. Metro territory travel can be as far North as CORYDON/MADISON IN to as far South as Campbellsville KY. Saturday rotation every 4-6 weeks may be slotted in at KYFC KYEE KYDUP INNA.
