Company: Guy Carpenter Description: We are seeking a talented individual to join our Leadership COE team at Guy Carpenter a Marsh business. This role will be based in Cluj Napoca. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. As a Talent Partner, you will work closely with business and people leaders to drive performance, growth, and engagement. You will be part of an enterprise Talent Partner community, focused on delivering talent advisory and solutions to meet business needs, principally via enterprise-wide solutions created by the Career COE team. We will count on you to: Be a trusted Partner to key stakeholders translating business strategies into effective talent and learning plans, in accordance with the Colleague Value Proposition Develop and implement frameworks, tools, and processes to assess and cultivate top and growth talent.
