Title: Associate Director of Alumni Engagement Division Name: University Advancement Department: Alumni Engagement Job Summary: The Associate Director of Alumni Engagement is responsible for leading strategic programs that foster meaningful connections between alumni and Illinois State University. This role oversees the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of events, initiatives, and services that advance the mission and priorities of the Office of Alumni Engagement. The Associate Director collaborates with alumni across diverse geographic regions and partners closely with campus units to strengthen alumni relationships and enhance engagement opportunities. This position provides leadership for the execution of signature Homecoming events and other high profile programs. Additionally, the Associate Director may be assigned special projects and initiatives by the Executive Director and Senior Director of Alumni Engagement in support of broader strategic goals.
