Case Manager – Insurance Repairs (Building) Responsive Building is a leading insurance repair builder delivering high-quality claims management and repair solutions across Queensland and New South Wales. We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Case Manager to join our expanding team and play a key role in helping homeowners get back on track after insurance events. The Role: Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will manage the end-to-end coordination of insurance repair projects. You’ll be the central point of contact between clients, insurers, supervisors, and trades - ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. This is a varied and rewarding role ideal for someone who enjoys building strong relationships and seeing projects through from claim approval to final handover.
