ABOUT THE POSITION: National Saloon is looking for experienced Line Cooks to fill out their team on a full-time seasonal contract for 3 weeks, beginning end of June, for the duration of Stampede. Reporting to the Head Chef, the Line Cook is responsible for producing the highest quality dishes, working efficiently and mastering cleanliness in their environment.
