We're remodeling our store Bigger & better!: Join the Team!: SUMMARY: The Appliance Installer is responsible for delivering and professionally installing household appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, and ovens. You’ll represent the ACE brand in customers’ homes and ensure each installation is safe, clean, and meets customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Deliver and install major household appliances at customer locations - Follow installation guidelines and safety procedures for each product - Test appliances to ensure proper operation after installation - Provide basic product usage instructions to customers - Remove and properly dispose of old appliances as needed - Maintain cleanliness and care of the company vehicle and tools - Communicate effectively with customers and store staff regarding delivery/installation schedules - Handle customer concerns professionally and promptly - Candidate must pass a background check to be considered for employment KEY ATTRIBUTES: - EPA Certification or related trade certification - Experience with gas and water line connections - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in applia...
