U.S. facilities is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for its Philadelphia PA location. This position will be responsible for performing preventive, corrective and general maintenance and repairs; Operating and maintaining all mechanical and electrical building systems and equipment that supply the building with heat, power, ventilation, air conditioning, and/or refrigeration, and any other support systems, including general building mechanical repairs and alterations (plumbing, carpentry, minor furniture moves, ceiling tile replacements, etc.). Essential Duties and Responsibilities: May be required to perform additional or different duties from those set forth above to address business needs and changing business practices. - HVAC – general knowledge of HVAC and AHU unit repairs & operations. - CMMS – data input knowledgeable, knowledge to update Preventive Maintenance & Service ticket information on a daily basis. - Subcontractor – access assistance and coordination - Data Readings – inputting and updating daily tour information into logs supplied.
