We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive leader to join our CRM team. Location: fully on-site in Lisbon, Portugal Responsibilities: Leading and managing a team of CRM Executives, including task distribution, prioritization, and workload balancing. Hands-on execution of CRM campaigns within internal systems alongside the team, especially for high-priority, complex, or sensitive campaigns. Overseeing the technical setup and execution of CRM campaigns across the team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Mentoring, onboarding, and developing team members; conducting regular 1:1s and performance reviews. Maintaining and improving team processes, documentation, and quality standards.
