Overview Are you passionate about employee engagement, workplace culture, and helping people do their best work? Come join the Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) OCM team and be part of the group that helps shape how it feels to work here. In this role, you'll work closely with supervisors and staff in our eligibility units to provide hands-on support through presentations, mentoring and coaching, and creative recognition and engagement efforts. You'll also play a key role in recruitment and retention, onboarding new employees, and supporting professional development across the department. You won't just be supporting culture, you'll be helping to build it. As a member of DVHA's Culture Committee, you'll collaborate on meaningful projects and initiatives that make DVHA a more supportive, connected, and positive place to work.
