Job Title: Foods Category Management Executive Location: Kingston, Sunlight House: JOB PURPOSE: This Category Executive role is a primarily externally facing position that requires the individual to establish strong, credible and trusted relationships with our UK retailer customers to deliver sustainable long-term category growth. You will support the Category Manager in the development of joint category plans and strategies that offer objective and unbiased category insight to deliver mutual growth for our retailers and for Unilever – all of which centred around the shopper. Internally, the Category Executive will be expected to coordinate with internal teams to provide timely market and shopper-led insight – ensuring Unilever’s plans are best set to deliver a triple win in offering strong category value. A successful candidate will be highly analytical; turning raw data into refined customer and shopper narratives that informs and influences retailers’ range, assortment and merchandising plans.
