ROLE OVERVIEW AND PURPOSE: The Technical Manager – Hard Services Compliance & Assurance is a senior professional authority within ABM UK, providing portfolio-wide technical governance, statutory compliance assurance, and specialist leadership across hard services disciplines. The role operates nationally and exercises a high degree of professional autonomy, acting as an authoritative technical voice across electrical, mechanical, water, confined space and related statutory systems. The postholder ensures ABM’s hard services delivery is safe, compliant, consistent, and auditready across all accounts and mobilisations.
