As Lead Credit Risk Policies & Frameworks, you will be responsible for defining and maintaining ING’s global Credit Risk framework and policies, ensuring they are regulatory compliant and fit for purpose. You will act as a domain expert on Credit Risk policies and other internal control documents, while providing strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to your team. This role combines deep regulatory awareness with strong stakeholder engagement and leadership capabilities, enabling you to influence ING’s credit risk governance at the highest level. You will lead the development of policies that set the tone for credit risk management across the organization, participate in strategic projects such as Lending Criteria, Early Warning Indicators, Collateral Management, and Leveraged Transactions, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior management and regulators.
