Academic Programs Manager Required Qualifications (as evidenced by an attached resume): Bachelor’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Three (3) years of full-time administrative experience in a higher education or professional office setting. Experience managing complex data sets and generating reports. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree (foreign equivalent or higher). Experience with academic scheduling and student information systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Banner). Direct experience with accreditation standards and reporting processes (e.g. AACSB, Middle States, assessment). Experience with Faculty Success (formerly Digital Measures) or similar faculty activity reporting tools. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau). Brief Description of Duties: The Academic Programs Manager provides high-level administrative and operational management for the College of Business (CoB) Dean’s Office.
