Department: 35113 Advocate Lutheran General Hospital - Pediatrics: Audiology Status: Part time Benefits Eligible: No Hou rs Per Week: 0 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This position is to assist with SPTO and FMLA coverage, in addition to coverage based on patient care needs. This position is based on license pending. Pay Range: $50.00 - $50.00 Major Responsibilities: Provision of Patient Care 1)Plans appropriate treatment programs for infants, children, adolescents and adults of all ages based on physician referral, evaluation results, patient/family goals and interests, sound clinical judgment and other pertinent available information. 2)Administers services, ensuring that the plan is age-appropriate and adjusted as necessary in order to meet the changing needs of the patient. Responsible for maintaining a productive schedule with an average of > 5.0 out of 10.0 hours per day scheduled for direct clinical care.
