Position: IT Desktop Support Analyst Job Description: The Panorama HQ–based Desktop Support team provides critical Level 2 and Level 3 support for all NAO employees. This role will be located onsite at Panorama HQ to maintain consistent coverage for both local and remote support needs. With approximately 6,000 NAO employees across multiple office locations and remote, this position will deliver hands-on desktop support in Panorama while also assisting users at other NAO sites and remote locations. Centralizing Desktop Support at Panorama HQ provides flexibility to support local incidents, events, major meetings, and special projects.
