What’s the role? …: You would be part of the Council's Enablement team which supports a wide range of people living in their own homes who require a short term period of care and support to regain confidence in their daily living tasks. The majority of the people we support have been in Hospital following a fall, planned surgery or a short illness. The programme of enablement is also supported by a team of therapists, nurses and Social workers.
