BASIS Ed Texas Central Office is seeking qualified candidates for a Human Resources Partner to join our bright, passionate team! The role of the Human Resources Partner is to provide support for all aspects of Human Resources, including Employee Relations, Benefits, Performance Management, Compliance and Workers' Compensation. Work closely with school leaders and the school management team to ensure legal compliance throughout employee interactions, and identify outcomes that are both considerate of business needs and fair to employees. Qualifications: - Serve as "one stop shop" for HR items (Benefits, Employee Relations, processing amendments, expediting priorities) - Serve as resident expert on issues of Labor Relations - educating managers, ensuring compliance and investigating charges - Support HR operations in facilitating data audits, and with data/system uploads as necessary - Support schools during difficult conversations with employees, either by consulting on, joining or executing the conversation - Support a culture of talent and development in schools - conduct periodic talent reviews and encourage a culture of development - Review and/or write corrective actions for sc...
