Rate of Pay : £13.70- £17.65 per hour Summary: Birmingham Children's Trust is seeking a dedicated and reliable Senior Social Work Assistant to join our team. This specialized role focuses on facilitating and observing "Family Time" (supervised contact) between children in care and their families. Operating primarily after school hours, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that children remain connected to their families in a safe, supportive, and well-documented environment. While the primary focus is observation, you will also provide vital family support to help improve outcomes for the children we serve.
