Job Title: Market Leader, Innovation Banking Location: New York, New York What you'll do: As a Director you'll be in a senior-level leadership position responsible for executing the division's strategic plan and guiding your team in its efforts to meet the Bank's annual growth and customer retention targets. You'll lead a group of Commercial Bankers, Business Development Officers, and Portfolio Management staff to expand our market share, grow the portfolio, and deepen the relationship with our customers. You'll be responsible for leading the growth and development of the team's general portfolio of the Private Banking team, as part of the greater Regional Banking business line. While Senior Directors spend a significant portion of their time working their own network and top-tier customers in the portfolio, much of your time will be devoted to supporting your team in credit structuring discussions, portfolio health management, and market dynamics responsiveness.
