Genesis Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Job Description: Assistant Vice President, Physical Therapy & Occupational Therapy Position Summary: Genesis has built something genuinely rare: a full-spectrum MSK platform — surgery, therapy, imaging, and everything in between — operating across 16 clinics in Chicagoland, serving Medicaid patients at scale, and proving every day that accessible care and excellent care are the same thing. Now we're ready to build rehabilitation into the platform it was always supposed to be — tightly integrated, protocol-driven, financially sustainable, and deeply accessible to the patients who need it most. That's the AVP of PT & OT job. And it's one of the most consequential operational leadership roles at Genesis right now. The Role: You'll own everything across PT and OT — strategy, operations, finance, talent, clinical quality, and growth — across a multi-site therapy operation that's expanding fast.
