This involves a thorough knowledge of federal and state regulations in order to serve as a resource for research and interpretation of compliance issues. This position identifies issues relevant to the review and proposal of U. S. Department of Education regulations and the impact on University policies and procedures; reviews and updates OSFA policies and procedures to reflect changes in regulations; informs and reviews regulatory changes and potential impact.
