Company: ClaimsPro LP - International Programs Group Senior Transportation Claims Examiner - Remote (Anywhere in the US) This senior level Adjuster position is responsible for investigating and settling transportation first party claims and third-party claims, with an emphasis on industry knowledge around commercial auto physical damage, motor truck cargo, towing, and salvage procedures IPG works as a Third Party Administrator in the contiguous 48 states, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico handling a variety of claims including, but not limited to auto physical damage and motor truck cargo. A nationwide knowledge base is a plus. Compensation will be based on experience and knowledge. Job Responsibilities: Initiate the investigation of new claims Evaluate coverage and make appropriate policy decisions Evaluate and negotiate settlements of collision, specified perils, property damage, and transportation losses as appropriate. Manage and oversee the work of outside adjusters, appraisers and experts. Develop basic understanding of liability and coverage principles.
