This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a senior tax executive to establish the Company's in-house tax function and design a best-in-class hybrid model. Reporting to the Chief Accounting Officer, the VP of Tax will take direct ownership of the global income tax provision while overseeing a Third-Party Provider (“TPP”) managing the Company's tax compliance, planning, and advisory needs. THE HYBRID TAX MODEL: The Company is transitioning from a full outsourced tax model to a hybrid structure.
