Global Business Solutions is the advertising sales and monetization team within TikTok. The team is made up of Brand Partnership Managers who are responsible for building long term partnerships with clients across Europe, to educate and inform them about commercial opportunities within TikTok. Our innovative advertising products are high-impact and engaging. We create a native experience for our users and develop deep connections with our brands. Responsibilities: - Grow the business within the Food and Beverage vertical as part of a wider CPG vertical team - Identify new business opportunities to partner with TikTok - Lead and grow global client relationships with product adoption and scaled solutions - Lead Director level conversations to increase revenue and grow strategic partnerships - Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable, data-driven insights to optimise ROI, drive efficiency, and inform future investments. - Partner with internal teams including Product, Marketing Science, Measurement and Creative Lab to troubleshoot, test and scale bespoke solutions. - Work as a TikTok product expert, providing consultative and technical solutions support including escalation...
