What to e xpect: The Assistant General Manager (AGM), Hub Services is responsible for managing and supporting United Ground Express operational performance through effective engagement of our employee team at our Newark (EWR) hub airport location while delivering United’s flyer friendly service to our customers. The AGM of Hub Services will report to the General Manager and support that leader in ensuring compliance with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by United Ground Express, United Airlines, and other regulatory authorities.
