We sell and service a wide-variety of equipment Including Large and Small Construction Tractors, Forklifts, and Prime/Stand-by-Power Generation. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN Stockton, CA. POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for parts inventory for the Earthmoving Division. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review and place stock orders. - Sort and distribute daily reports. - Review status of incoming orders. - Claim order shortages. - Manage rebate submission. - Update inventory data. - Review order history and approve new inventory. - Process inventory adjustments. - Code and approve vendor invoices. - Review and approve timesheets. - Create inventory and sales reports. - Support and back up backorder analyst. - Review returns reports. - Manage surplus returns. - Handle incoming phone calls from internal and external customers. - Other duties may be assigned....
