Job description

The Senior Global Mobility Analyst provides advanced operational, analytical, and advisory support for the company’s global mobility programs, including expatriate assignments, international transfers, domestic relocations, and short-term assignments. This role serves as a subject-matter resource within the Global Mobility function and is responsible for managing complex cases, providing policy guidance, performing program analytics, and ensuring compliant, cost-effective execution across regions. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the primary point of contact for complex mobility cases, including short-term, long-term, expatriate, immigration and permanent transfers Provide guidance to HR Business Partners, business leaders, and employees on global mobility policies and assignment guidelines. Coordinate with immigration, tax, relocation, payroll, and mobility vendors to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Prepare, review, and validate cost projections, accruals, reconciliations, and mobility-related financial reports.
