This role is critical for building high-quality datasets for machine learning, treatment planning studies, and radiomics research. The successful candidate will navigate clinical databases, ensure data de-identification compliance (HIPAA), and utilize advanced imaging software to process multi-modality datasets (CT, MRI, PET). Job Duties: Clinical Data Mining: Identify and extract relevant patient cohorts from Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Radiation Oncology Information Systems (e.g., Aria, Mosaiq). Imaging Retrieval: Query and retrieve DICOM images from PACS (Picture Archiving and Communication System) and Treatment Planning Systems (TPS) like Eclipse, RayStation.
