Your role What you'll be doing: What We Need: Corpay is currently looking to hire a Product Support Consultant within our organization. In this role, you will support r2c Online customers, manage service cases, and contribute to customer success through training, implementation, and product quality support. How We Work: As a Product Support Consultant, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment based in our Sheffield office. Corpay will set you up for success by providing: - Assigned office workspace and home office setup - Company-issued equipment - Formal, hands-on training Role Responsibilities: The responsibilities of the role will include: - Provide application support to r2c Online customers via web, email, and phone - Manage service cases from initial logging through to resolution within defined SLAs - Log and manage service cases using Salesforce CRM - Guide customers on product functionality and best practices - Monitor, track, and report on support performance, trends, and recurring issues - Log, investigate, and escalate bugs and system issues as required - Proactively monitor system usage and identify customers needing additional support - Test company product...
