Job Description: Starting rate: $23.50/hr + $2.00/hr shift differential starting at 4pm Location: Rock Island, IL: Schedule : The position currently operates Monday–Friday, 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM , but hours will gradually extend later into the evening. Our long-term plan is to transition this role into a night shift , so schedule flexibility is essential. Duties/Responsibilities: - Complete examination of finished product by checking height, shape, color and consistency by applying knowledge of proper company standards as instructed and applicable for in process systems. - Complete block checks, remove any defective pieces from pallet or board and replace defective pieces with quality pieces. These tasks vary by line and by product and process that the General Laborer is assigned to. - Complete packaging, by adding packaging materials, top sheet, labels, and final QC on the skid of finished product...
