Summary Under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse and as part of a collaborative care team, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential support to meet the personal needs and comfort of patients. This role ensures a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment while honoring the dignity and individuality of each patient. The CNA maintains clinical competency, demonstrates age-specific care practices, and actively participates in continuing education related to healthcare. Essential Responsibilities: - Provide compassionate care for patients’ personal needs and comfort. - Assist with hygiene tasks including bathing, skin care, oral hygiene, and elimination needs.
